Why Give?
Legacy Society
The Legacy Society, formerly known as the Jenkins Society, was established in 1983 to honor the generosity of alumni, parents, and friends who have named Loyola as the ultimate beneficiary of a gift through their estate plans.
A Lasting Legacy
Loyola University Maryland is a Jesuit, Catholic university committed to the educational and spiritual traditions of the Society of Jesus. Accordingly, our mission is to inspire students to learn, lead, and serve in a diverse and changing world.
How Your Gift Helps
Your gift helps us continue our tradition of providing a world-class, Jesuit, liberal education for undergraduate and graduate students. You help us educate every deserving student and prepare them for lives of meaningful professional service and leadership.
Generational Gift to Benefit Loyola Students
It was World War II, and Lora Nelle Dooley and Donald E. Cohill, ’50, were both stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, when they met.
